The House Where to go What to do Where we are Prices Contact Beaches

The house is set on a plot of 4000m2 with views towards the coastline. There is plenty of room for the kids to runfree, have a game of football or a bounce on the trampoline. Over the years we have planted many trees to shelter the house from the summer heat and to make our house unique compared to many on offer on the same coastline. Here it is quiet..even at the height of the summer season, yet only a 10 min ride to the beach or a 5 min ride to the local village.

Lots of space here in the living area which incoorporates a large open plan kitchen connecting through to the living area. The morning sun shines through the kitchen window onto the breakfast area. The open plan keeps the house cool and feelling spacious even when its full of activity.
Our kitchen is a simple country kitchen. You´ll find all the things you need here. Washing machine , fridge, blender, hob and oven.but best of all is the large pine kitchen table and heavy kitchen chairs which give lots of room for entertaing and dining. We don´t have a dish washer as they consume too much energy for this eco-house.
The large living area and comfortable sofas are an ideal place to flop and relax after a "hard day" on the beach. From the living room are large patio doors opening on to the terrace and garden.
There are 3 bedrooms in Casa de la Luz. Upstairs there is a very large double room and large twin room. Both rooms have wooden floors and windows looking out onto the trees and garden.

Downstairs there is a smaller twin room which again has 2 windows. There is a bathroom with shower and bath downstairs and a W.C upstairs.
The living room opens up onto a 25m2 terrace with views tout towards the countryside. Here you can find a gas barbeque and a small play area for children consisiting of a slide and seesaw. There is a small football pitch for budding football stars and their Dads (and Mums) to practise on, there is also a large trampoline. Often we have horses or goats on the land to graze and keep the grass to resonable level.
