'Casa del la Luz" is situated in a meadow surrounded by countryside and wooded parkland, with views of the sea 3kms away. The nearest village is Vejer de la Frontera, 2kms away, a typical "pueblo blanco" renowned for it's beauty and spectacular views. There are a number of fantastic beaches within easy reach between 3-5kms away - La Mangueta, Los Caños and El Palmar can be reached by connecting track roads. The house is in the heart of the country, secluded and peaceful even during the summer months. Newly built with local stone and timber this open-plan eco-friendly home has enormous character and is a pleasure to stay in. The thick walls, high ceilings and terracotta floors make the house cool and airy. There are three double bedrooms one bathroom with shower, a big kitchen and living room opening out onto a patio.. The house is eco-friendly which means appliances are solar and wind generated (e.g. Pumps, lights , music system etc) including high powered appliances (e.g. washing machine).Waste water goes through to water the trees. As well as appreciating the beauty of the local beaches, nature lovers will marvel at the spectacular views from the house and the endless opportunities for exploring the area on foot or on bike.

The house can sleep up to 6. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom.You can find a bathroom downstairs and a WC upstairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a double sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob and oven. There is a patio with barbeque at the back looking towards the sea and a smaller patio round the side. The living room has TV, video, DVD, music system and Sky. The house sits on a 4000m2 plot and is very private.For children there is also a play house on stilts and a slide outside.

The closest Airports are at Jerez (Ryanair from Stansted) and Gibraltar (Monarch Airlines from Luton and Manchester). These are both approximately one hour away from the house by car. Malaga airport is about two hours away, with many airline operators including Easyjet. British Airways fly scheduled to Sevilla, which is about one and a half hours drive away.
